Extra virgin olive oil grown & milled on the slopes of Monte Amiata, in the territory surrounding the village of Seggiano in southern Tuscany.
This olive oil is cold pressed to retain its high phenolic and nutrient content. Totally GMO free, Vegan, Vegetarian & Gluten Free.
It has a distinctive yet delicate flavour, with a fresh olive fruit aroma, creamy texture, buttery nutty taste, with a hint of green apple & a balanced hint of pepperiness.
Delicious as a condiment to cooked fish, chicken, with rice, potatoes & cooked or raw vegetables. Wonderful with Seggiano Aged Balsamic Vinegar and sourdough bread.
